If you are looking to train beyond ‘The Box’, look no further then Forged Fitness. The Forged Fitness of today started its journey in 2005 as the premier fitness and martial arts facility in Raleigh. Our programs allow you to focus on fitness or martial arts training, or combine both for a program and results you can’t find anywhere else. Unlike conventional gyms, you will not find weight machines in our facility. The Forged Fitness program combines Olympic-style weightlifting, body-weight exercises, rowing, and gymnastics with the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, Olympic rings and more. This type of training is functional; meaning 100% of it will transfer from the gym to every facet of your life. Conventional gyms use equipment that isolates muscles. The muscles of the body function in harmony with one another, and were never meant to be worked in isolation. Why spend countless hours performing monotonous isolation exercises when you can get a full body workout in much less time and in an energetic group atmosphere?
