Flow Wellness provides personalized Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine care to help people feel better, function better, and support their overall health and well-being. Led by owner and licensed acupuncturist Andrea Hingst, L.Ac. Dipl.O.M. who has more than 15 years of clinical experience, Flow Wellness takes a whole-person approach to care, combining traditional Chinese Medicine with a modern understanding of health and physiology.
Acupuncture provides relief for a variety of common concerns, including back and neck pain, joint and muscle tension, headaches and migraines, stress and anxiety, hormone regulation, digestive issues, sleep difficulties, and other chronic or recurring health concerns.
Individualized care may include acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, Chinese herbal medicine, dietary therapy, and lifestyle recommendations.
