Locally owned & operated in the Triangle since 2001, First Step has a strong relationship with the local community – attorneys, EAP’s, schools & colleges, medical providers and more.

First Step is a NC Department of Health and Human Services licensed substance use disorder and mental health facility, serving persons who need assistance with a wide range of substance use and mental health needs. Our mission is one of quality care, education and research for each patient and their families and significant others.
