Transpersonal Hypnotherapy

Transpersonal Hypnotherapy is a client-based orientation toward hypnotherapy where holism takes body, mind, and spirit into consideration. Sessions are extremely personalized for the client to address any aspect of their life and the effective relationship between mind, body and spirit. During a clinical session Pam will induce a very deep relaxation then feed your subconscious mind your suggestions to create new patterns in your life, supported with your spiritual beliefs, if desired. Hypnotherapy sessions can be done remotely, in person, or in groups.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress and pain relief that promotes balance and a holistic approach to well-being. A safe, supportive form of energy work, Reiki sessions can be done in person or remotely.
