Costco’s Health & Wellness departments follow the same low-price/high quality model as the rest of the warehouse. Pharmacy, Hearing Aid Center and Optical.

As a Costco member you can enroll in the free Costco Member Prescription Program that  provides you big savings on our already low prices. Flu and Pneumonia shots. Zostivax shots for shingles, blood pressure checks and medication reviews.

And if you join at the Health Fair , each new member will receive up to a $20 Costco Cash Card!

Receive a $20 Costco Cash Card when you join as an Executive member. Executive Members get paid to shop with an annual 2% Reward on their qualified Costco purchases, up to $750 per year. (See your Costco representative for details.)

Receive a $10 Costco Cash Card when you join as a Gold Star member. Costco Membership is only $55 per year, and Executive Membership is an additional $55 upgrade fee per year. Membership includes a FREE Household Card, and may require state sales tax if applicable. (A Household Cardholder refers to either a spouse or a family member 18 years of age or older living at the same address.)
