We also work with Hearing Care Professionals, and Independent Living Facilites to help the indivduals that need an extra resource. Our  Caption Phones displays the words on the telephone.    We provide the Caption Phone and apps all at No Cost Since the law Title 4 of the ADA. The Law  was establised in 1990 sometimes called the  TRS Fund.   There is a small tax on every telecom invoice such as , Landline, cell phone and Internet. The FCC collects this tax and the taxes go into a Special Account anf that is how we get paid. This is a Prepaid benefit that most individuals are not aware off. The requirements are the person  must have hearing loss, and Internet. We provide a No Cost VOIP line if the indivuals does not have a Home Line. We are work with people that have Landlines as well.
