Beloved Community Family Wellness Center (BCFWC) is a not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center committed to providing comprehensive, accessible, timely, and affordable primary health care, preventive education, and social service programs available to the Greater Englewood and surrounding communities. Everyone deserves access to quality health care and social service programs. All services should be available without regard to ability to pay, race, ethnicity, age, gender, health status, education, and religion or sex orientation. BCFWC is truly a part of the Greater Englewood community, and is committed to making good health a right to all.

The mission of the Beloved Community Family Wellness Center is to provide holistic, comprehensive, accessible, affordable and quality primary health care and social services programs to individuals and the community with particular focus on the health care needs of the medically underserved population.

VISION STATEMENT

It is the vision of the Beloved Community Family Wellness Center to provide quality health care to all of our patients with an emphasis on the community and individuals who might otherwise be excluded from the health care and social service delivery system due to financial, economic and/or social barriers. BCFWC promotes preventive and holistic health care and has established linkages with other health, social services, and community organizations to ensure that our patients’ needs are met. We take pride in being a health care resource – “making good health a right to all”.
