Trustbridge provides the Aetna Fixed Indemnity(FIP) plan at no cost to employees and dependents who are enrolled in the Aetna Select Plan or POS II 3000. The plan helps cover out-of-pocket costs related to hospital stays and surgeries; in addition to the benefits paid by health insurance.
In addition, Trustbridge offers Aetna Critical Illness and Accident plans to employees on a voluntary basis. Aetna Supplemental Health plans pay cash benefits for expected — and unexpected — medical events; regardless of other health insurance.
