Our office located in Winston-Salem, NC specializes in Neurofeedback–a form of biofeedback, a science of cognitive training designed to teach self regulation skills for long-term successful outcomes. Brainwaves form unique patterns providing us with information about underlying issues; Neurofeedback allows us to adjust that pattern in order to improve regulation for anxiety, depression, sleep, focus and attention difficulties. Neurofeeback trains the brain over time to naturally utilize preferred and healthier brainwave patterns. Our clinician, Tiffany Cagle-Schrift is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Board Certified in Neurofeedback and Quantitative EEG–Diplomat Licensed. Tiffany has worked with ages 3 and up with a variety of issues.
