Community Health, Wellness, and Resource Fair

The Sauk Village Community Partnership Team is excited to announce our 2022 Community Health, Wellness, and Resource Fair on June 18, 2022, on the Municipal Grounds of Sauk Village, 21801 Torrence Avenue, Sauk Village, Illinois. It will provide our team, students, and residents the opportunity to develop relationships with health, wellness, and resources in and around the local area.

If you represent a service or product that may contribute to the overall health and well-being of our community, we invite you to submit your request to participate in our event!

Parents, students, and residents are invited to attend this event and avail themselves of a multitude of services and resources.

Village of Sauk Village Community Partnerships Website

Sauk Village celebrated its 65th Anniversary, on March 12, 2022.  Since its incorporation on March 12, 1957, Sauk Village has undergone considerable change and expansion. Today Sauk Village has a population of 9,900 and over 3400 households.

The Community Partnership Team, the host of the 2022 Health, Wellness, and Resource Fair was borne in March 2016. It consists of the taxing districts of Sauk Village: Community Consolidated Schools, District 168; Bloom School District 206; the Library District; Bloom Township; Religious Organizations, and Administrative Departments within the Sauk Village Municipality and Community volunteers.

The purpose of the Partnership Team is to provide for the welfare of students residing in the Village of Sauk Village. Its mission is to work in a cooperative environment to provide appropriate activities to encourage and educate our children to become our future leaders.

To that end, the Community Partnership Team seeks to join in active participation in programs and initiatives benefitting the youth of the community as well as the citizens who support them.

      On-Site Event Fee $150.00 (calculated at less than .75 cents per anticipated attendee)
      The Event Fee will only be charged to your credit card if the employer approves your participation in their event.

      Mail-In Items

      Can’t attend the event but would like to mail in goodies? You can submit a registration to mail-in items (raffle prize, goodies/samples) for the employer to distribute at the event for you. If approved, non-members are charged a $5.00 fee and receive an email with the event contact name and mailing address. The messaging link is also activated so you may communicate directly with the employer.

      Coupon Codes: If you have been provided a coupon code to register for an event, you will need to fill in registration details, then proceed to the billing section. Put the coupon code on the box above the credit card information and submit your registration.

      Health Fair Membership

      FREE to register and participate in health fairs held within the membership contract period. Membership options are available on your profile under the Membership tab.

      Terms of Service

      By Submitting Your Registration, You Understand:

      Your registration for this event will be submitted directly to the employer for review. The employer will receive an email containing your registration details and a link to your profile. Please make sure your profile is fully updated before submitting your registration.

      You will be notified of the employer’s decision via email. You may also review the status of your registration by visiting your profile and selecting the Event Registrations tab in edit view.

      Employer-Provided Items (Requested)

      All employers are asked to provide approved vendors with the following:

      • Your profile link distributed to employees in the event announcement

      • Face-to-face interaction with employees

      • A table and chairs (see table size listed above)

      • Linen, electricity, and extra floor space (if needed)

      Please note: we cannot guarantee the employer will provide all items listed above or that the anticipated attendance will be accurate. If any of these items are not provided at the event, please take a moment to complete the event survey so we can follow up.
