A: There is NO COST to the employer. All of IAB’s services are fully sponsored by our valued network of wellness providers.

A: IAB provides online tools to assist with organizing health fairs, scheduling screenings, and hosting workshops.

📍 Q: How can I have a health fair at my location?

A: With IAB’s online planning tools, employers have full control over the production of their health fair and vendor participation. IAB streamlines what is usually a very time-consuming process.

💼 Q: Are vendors charged a fee to participate?

A: Employers pay nothing. IAB charges a small sponsorship fee to vendors. Preferred providers can have fees waived, and IAB network members do not pay extra.

📝 Q: How do I get started?

A: Once registered, you gain access to a planning worksheet covering all steps: from setting your event date and location to selecting providers and screenings.

🔍 Q: How much control do I have over vendor selection?

A: You approve or deny vendors directly in your account dashboard. You’ll receive email notifications with vendor profiles for easy decision-making.

🎤 Q: How can I host a workshop?

A: Choose from IAB’s wide selection of workshops by topic, service type, or location — or request a custom workshop, and we’ll match you with a provider.

🤝 Q: How much assistance do I get from IAB?

A: You are paired with a dedicated Wellness Consultant who guides you through the process. Our consultants bring years of experience and ensure smooth event execution.
