NBCC 2026 Employee Health Fair
The National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) is excited to host its upcoming Employee Wellness Fair for the dedicated professionals whose work helps advance the counseling profession and expand access to quality mental health services around the world. Through certification, assessment, advocacy, continuing education, scholarships, grants, and professional resources, NBCC and its affiliates support counselors and mental health professionals as they make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities.
This wellness event reflects NBCC’s commitment to supporting the health, well-being, and overall quality of life of the employees who work each day to support the well-being of others. We are seeking wellness providers, healthcare organizations, community resources, and local businesses that offer products, services, education, and programs that promote physical, mental, financial, and emotional well-being.
If your organization is passionate about helping individuals live healthier, more balanced lives while supporting professionals dedicated to advancing mental health and wellness, we invite you to submit a request to participate!
We will have a fall theme for this year’s event and if approved as a vendor, we invite you to decorate your table accordingly!
National Board Certified Counselors Website
Established in 1982, the National Board for Certified Counselors, Inc. (NBCC) is an independent, not-for-profit organization and a premier credentialing body for professional counselors. Headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, NBCC works to ensure that nationally certified counselors meet rigorous standards for education, examination, supervision, experience, and ethical practice.
NBCC’s work extends beyond certification through assessment, continuing education, advocacy, research, scholarships, grants, and initiatives designed to strengthen the counseling profession and expand access to mental health services. Together with its affiliates, the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) and the NBCC Foundation, the organization supports counselors and other mental health professionals while helping address workforce needs, reduce barriers to care, and expand services to underserved communities and populations.

Event Registration FeesRegister to Participate!
Select how you pay:
On-Site Event Fee $30.00 (calculated at less than .75 cents per anticipated attendee)
The Event Fee will only be charged to your credit card if the employer approves your participation in their event.
Mail-In Items
Can’t attend the event but would like to mail in goodies? You can submit a registration to mail-in items (raffle prize, goodies/samples) for the employer to distribute at the event for you. If approved, non-members are charged a $5.00 fee and receive an email with the event contact name and mailing address. The messaging link is also activated so you may communicate directly with the employer.
Coupon Codes: If you have been provided a coupon code to register for an event, you will need to fill in registration details, then proceed to the billing section. Put the coupon code on the box above the credit card information and submit your registration.
Health Fair Membership
FREE to register and participate in health fairs held within the membership contract period. Membership options are available on your profile under the Membership tab.
Terms of Service
By Submitting Your Registration, You Understand:
Your registration for this event will be submitted directly to the employer for review. The employer will receive an email containing your registration details and a link to your profile. Please make sure your profile is fully updated before submitting your registration.
You will be notified of the employer’s decision via email. You may also review the status of your registration by visiting your profile and selecting the Event Registrations tab in edit view.
Employer-Provided Items (Requested)
All employers are asked to provide approved vendors with the following:

Your profile link distributed to employees in the event announcement

Face-to-face interaction with employees

A table and chairs (see table size listed above)

Linen, electricity, and extra floor space (if needed)
Please note: we cannot guarantee the employer will provide all items listed above or that the anticipated attendance will be accurate. If any of these items are not provided at the event, please take a moment to complete the event survey so we can follow up.
