The Transcendental Meditation® technique—a simple system of deep meditation—is taught by certified instructors. It reduces stress and anxiety and is easy, effortless, and evidence-based (over 420 peer-reviewed, published studies since 1970; see examples at www.tm.org/popups-responsive/research-studies.html). We offer free introductory talks in Indianapolis and serve all of Indiana through in-person, individualized instruction combined with at-home learning. Certified instructors of this easy, effortless meditation are available across the United States.
